Tai
Chi Chuan is
an ancient Chinese martial art practiced by people of all ages to
achieve relaxation and improve general health. Described as moving
meditation, Tai Chi is practiced by combining deep relaxed breathing
with smooth flowing movements to give a total mind and body workout.
Kip Leggett offers Classical
Yang Style Taiji instruction in a
small class setting with several former National Champions and National
level tournament judges. At Bonita Tai Chi we provide solid training in
beginning to advanced level
Yang style long-form, pushing hands (tui shou) and dual practice (san
shou) with classes being taught weekly in Chula Vista,
California.
